Refund policy

Yes, we may process and exchange or return as long as it is processed within 7 days of the packaged delivery date or when item(s) have been received to buyer. Most of our vinyls and records are vintage and/or have been used/played/worn throughout time. We ensure integrity and honesty on conditions of the sleeve and vinyl itself through product photographs and description. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as it was received, in order to process a return or exchange. 

Please be aware that you assume all risks and shipping associated with processing an exchange and return. Hum Haus does not provide return labels and is not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third-party carrier during shipment to out location for return processing.  

Once an item that has been sent back is received by our facility, please allow 1-3 business days to process packages. After processing and determining the condition of the returned item, the new item will be mailed back to you for free of charge.
